An unfortunate side effect of any convention or event that we attend is the constant feeling that you need to do "something" nightly. CES, E3, you name it...you spend nights in a row hanging out with your coworkers and friends partying out on the town, and Fan Faire is no exception. Usually it kicks in a few days after the event, but I found myself wanting to head out with all my friends the day after this year, even though I was physically exhausted after 5 days in Vegas.

Fortunately for me, I have friends who go through the same thing, and we had a blast this weekend. Starting out with dinner and Karaoke on Friday. Saturday I found myself experiencing what can only be described as the worst Brazilian BBQ on the planet (Ugh, it was like microwaved Lunchables), and continuing with another euphoric trip to Extraordinary Desserts, wrapping up the night with a bit of clubbing/people watching at the AC Lounge, and even more Karaoke. On Sunday I finally made it out to PB, where we ended up getting some piercing done at Enigma.

Ouch. Just....ouch.
